One inbox for support, billing, privacy requests, and security disclosure. Mention the topic in your subject line and the right thread surfaces fast.
It helps if you include
- The email on your MyNotes account, so we can find your record.
- Bugs: what you did, what you expected, what happened — and a screenshot if it's visual.
- Billing: the order or invoice reference from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- Privacy requests (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA): state the request type — access, export, or deletion.
- Security disclosure: put SECURITY in the subject line. We'll acknowledge within a business day and keep you in the loop while we patch.
Response time
We aim to reply within two business days. If your issue is urgent, put the word urgent in the subject line.
You may not need email
The FAQ covers pricing, exports, account deletion, the free tier, and most common questions — fastest path if your question is on it. Paying subscribers can update a card, change plan, or grab an invoice from the billing portal directly.
